11.1 The Customer is obliged to comply with all laws applicable to any Intellectual Property Rights in respect of any data or information created, accessed, retrieved, stored, or disseminated by the Customer through the Customer's use of the Services.

11.2 The Customer is prohibited from using any of the Planet Margate or konsoleH Marks without the prior written approval of Planet Margate.

11.3 The Customer grants Planet Margate a non-exclusive licence to use its Marks for the limited purposes of enabling Planet Margate to exercise its rights or to fulfil its obligations under the Planet Margate Hosting Terms.

11.4 Other than as specifically provided for in the Planet Margate Hosting Terms, Planet Margate will wholly and exclusively retain all existing, and become the exclusive and unencumbered owner of all Intellectual Property Rights employed in or otherwise related to its network infrastructure, business and the provision of any of the Services under the Planet Margate Hosting Terms.
