13.1 Planet Margate is entitled to temporarily suspend its obligations under the Planet Margate Hosting Terms:

i. to give effect to clauses 8.3 or 9.5,
ii. to service, repair, maintain, upgrade, modify, alter, replace, or improve any of the Services; or
iii. where third parties have alleged that the Customer has engaged in unlawful activities arising from or connected to the Services.

13.2 Where circumstances permit, Planet Margate will use its best endeavours to provide prior notice of any the suspension to the Customer. Planet Margate will not be liable for any resulting loss or damage incurred or suffered by the Customer arising from or in connection with or from any cause.
